Weymouth Old Town Hall, Venue 54. Opening of Artwey group show and OFA competition prize-giving evening .

10am – 4pm. Duchy Poundbury Farmhouse, Venue 10. Opening of Central Exhibition showcasing local Dorset artists, including cordial and canapés on the lawn provided by the Poundbury WI.

Art With a View, Venue 60. Wingmaking for all the family workshops and stone carving taster sessions.

Art With a View, Venue 60. Drop in sessions 10am to 3pm Creative Clay Family Ammonite Workshop age from 3 to 90, £6 per person.
Monday 20th May
Art With a View, Venue 60. From 10.30am to 12 Creative Clay Crocodile Adult Workshop. Learn a variety of hand building techniques, creation of the finer details and personality, use of ceramic paint. Finished items will be kiln dried to collect from studio in Bockhampton, £15 per person.
Wednesday 22nd May
Art With a View, Venue 60. 10.30 to 12 Creative Clay, Exploring texture in clay. Learn to build up textiles in clay to create a 3-dimensional tile.
Saturday 25th May
A series of day workshops at Dorset Centre for the Creative Arts, Venue 4. Dorset buttons, willow goose workshop, advanced beadwork, needle felting foxes + hares and bronze-casting. Saturday 25th May
2-4pm Venue 49 – As part of Open For Art 2019, experienced tutor and needlefelter Jan Allott is running a short workshop to show you how to make your very own Little Sleepy Bunny in a Box. The fun workshop will take approximately 1.30 to 2 hours and you will go away with your own sleepy bunny. Materials, equipment, drinks and cake all provided.

The Cove Gallery Venue 57, 12 til 4pm. Meet artist Mike Jackson painting around the harbourside and view an extensive collection of his watercolour, acrylic and printed works.
